The scariest thing any child should face should be a scary costume (or a candy they dislike!) on Halloween! Yet there are so many children out there who are subject to the harms and trauma of domestic violence. Children are often used as a tool by abusers to control and assert their power over another. I am passionate about the Center's mission because I firmly believe that every child and person has a right to live a life where they feel safe and secure.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and I ask for your support of the Survivor Justice Center. With your help, we can empower survivors with access to safety, justice and stability to build more hopeful lives.

Your donation, no matter the amount, can make a difference! Join me in standing up for survivors of domestic violence by making a donation.

ABOUT DVAM 2024

Domestic violence is a pattern of abuse, power and control over a partner resulting in psychological trauma, physical injury or even death. Serving the community for over 50 years, the Center helps survivors take back control of their lives by providing free legal representation and support in and outside of the courtroom. With your support, we can help survivors reclaim their lives free from violence and on a path towards safety and stability.
